The Embassy of Japan based in Qatar held an exciting event commemorating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Qatar.
As part of the celebration a spectacular immersive projection mapping event took place called Together to the Future to reinforce the strong relationship between both countries.
Creative Technology were commissioned by our client Japan Embassy to provide audio and video projection on the M7 Building at Msheireb Baharat Square.
CT supplied audio and video using the world’s first 50,000 laser lumens Panasonic PT-RQ50K projector with 4K resolution which projected on a 600sqm canvas that displayed custom content and special cultural presentations for the high-profile anniversary event.
Dhyaan Parikh, Senior Project Manager at CT comments, “The overall projection looked stunning on the night as we used Panasonic’s flagship projectors the PT-RQ50K. We had the challenge of mounting each projector on 5m towers, weighing 150kg but seeing them in action was absolutely incredible.”
