As public attendances to the 2020 Spring Racing Carnival was massively decreased, the VRC and Network 10 decided to build a make shift Host Centre Studio on the front lawn near the Birdcage. The studio was built inside a space cube and would be used for the duration of the carnival. CT were pleased to provide the 13m wide x 2m high (overall pixel space of 4576 x 704) free standing BO2 LED wall as the backdrop.
Image from 4k camera (provided by Network 10) was used as the back drop image to create a “window” like look. The screens back end graphics were driven by Ross Xpression Tessera supplied by . The overall screen control was done by Barco E2, with all graphics content run and triggered by CT operators for all 4 x live broadcasting days.
