Creative Technology was assigned to delivering all the technology for the main stage of the convention hall’s program and gala evening, including a video solution comprising a total of 80 sqm ROE Ruby LED screen together with a variety of ROE sticks, all controlled and controlled by Watchout and disguise playout. The lighting design was based on 40 moving fixtures that accompanied both the conference, entertainment and party, together with the audio rig of 18 L-Aucoustics Kara and ten subwoofers. All in all, 3.5 tonnes of equipment was hung from the ceiling of the congress hall.
The technical team with project manager, technicians, operators, stage manager and show caller worked together to implement and carry out the entire technical delivery from start to finish.
“The video solution consisted of five LED surfaces plus all the 120 ROE sticks. These required careful mapping in order to be used in a neat way via our media servers. Everyone in the team has really helped each other to reach our goal and the collaboration with Svenska Mässan and Svensk Handel has been fantastic”, says Alexander Klinterot, project manager at Creative Technology.
