Two days of motions, negotiations, speaker lists, speaking times and votings were handled with the support of Creative Technology’s digital congress system tecViz Congress. The system is developed to make the democratic procedure as smooth as possible and at the same time reduce the need for paper documents. In addition to tecViz Congress, we delivered a complete technical solution and a team of 7 technicians and project managers.
– Through a good and long collaboration with CT, we have developed our annual meetings. Participants feel secure with the digital system for voting in elections and in motions and demands. It’s quick and safe, says Görel Wiberg, project manager for LRF:s riksförbundsstämma.
