The summit was held at the beautiful Torsåker gård in Upplands Väsby. On behalf of FIVE Sweden, Creative Technology delivered audio, lighting and video for both the daytime conference and the evening event.
In the venue called Logen, where the day conference was held, a video solution of four 85″ screens was used to display presentations and films. The audio solution consisted of a PA system intended for speeches and live music from the band REIGN. The floor-based light rig behind and on the stage consisted of four truss towers with eight movable fixtures, as well as eight Astera Titan LED tubes. The beams in the ceiling were atmospherically illuminated by Astera AX5 fixtures.
“The lodge was a challenge as it is an old hay barn that is very oblong. The stage could not be placed on the short end side as there had to be emergency exits on both short sides. We solved it all by having the stage on the long side and using several screens and speakers to spread the coverage across the width”, says Jan Hedlund, project manager at Creative Technology.
For the evening event in the Ladugården venue, a similar setup was built with moving fixtures, Astera Titan LED tubes and Astera AX5 fixtures illuminting all walls in the dining room. A PA for speeches and live music was set up for the evening event with an awards ceremony and DJ, as well as a live saxophonist.
