Creative Technoloy’s 20-strong team of technicians and project managers set up the stage, audio, lights and video – including an 8 x 5 meter 2.5mm LED screen above the stage as well as decorative ROE sticks and several 65” LCD screens that blended in with the physical decor. Speaker presentations, videos and a 3-camera production feed were distributed by an E2 to a total of seven screen surfaces in the main venue .
In the adjoining room, a 5 x 3.5 meter ROE Ruby LED screen, several 75″ info screens, a Kiva sound system, lights on trusses and about 20 mirror balls and several smoke machines were set up for the evening’s disco. Last but not least, a 4 x 4 meter high LED portal was built outside Waterfront, nicely framing the entrance and welcoming the guests to the event.
