In late 2021, the delegates met at Waterfront in Stockholm, after having a complete digital meeting the year before, streamed from CT’s studio in Bromma. In addition to audio, light and video, we delivered our own digital congress system tecViz Congress. The system handles motions, bills and preparatory work even before the start of the meeting, and during the meeting it supports democratic functions such as voting, speaker list, speaking time and more. Well in advance before the meeting, preparatory trainings were held for both the presidium and delegates, so that everyone would feel confident with the tools. To ensure a smooth implementation, we also built our own network in the conference venue and adjacent spaces, which gave all delegates uninterrupted network access to the system. Both system operators and support technicians were on-site during the meeting, supporting delegates and the presidium.
