On behalf of We Are Hero, Creative Technology filled two city trailers with technology that the technical team spent three days to integrate into the decor. The result was a number of interactive and colorful exhibition environments, each focusing on its own theme, and where decor and technology interacted in an integrated and seamless way.
To the 5 x 2.5 m high-resolution LED screen, a software was installed, connected to motion sensors, which generated real-time rendered graphics when guests moved in front of it, and in the various inspiration environments we built LCD screens that showcased Vichy’s latest products.
In addition to the prominent facade lights, the lighting solution included CT’s custom-built constructions where we’ve mounted a long pipe on a steel plate and where the fixtures are attached at the top, forming a kind of light tower.
“The challenge with this venue is that it is difficult to hang anything from the ceiling. The idea was that the technology would be visible as little as possible but give as much effect as possible. Here, our custom-built ‘light towers’ fit in very well. They are sleek and blend in nicely”, says Thomas Ejderhamn, project manager at Creative Technology.
To further make the technology “invisible” and reduce the number of visible cables in the room, wireless DMX and battery-powered fixtures were used.
“I like working with unique events like this. It was almost like working with a museum or an exhibition, incredibly creative”, says Thomas Ejderhamn.
