Every venue has its own possibilities and characteristics. Space size, access routes, rigging points, power, network connections, acoustics, and schedules all affect what kind of event can be produced in the space.

When should the technical partner be involved?

A technical partner should be brought in as soon as the event’s goal, initial concept, or potential venue starts to take shape. Not all details need to be ready.
