Subcontracting Fair 2023

This year, Creative Technology delivered the Heat Stage, technical solutions for the exhibition stands, rigging solutions for the entire event, and a comprehensive LED setup to enhance the visual experience in Hall B. CT’s new office and warehouse in Tampere are conveniently located at the same address as the fair, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration with our client, Tampereen Messut corporation.

Wow-factor with the help of LED technology

The Subcontracting Fair, celebrating its 35th anniversary, got a more modern look to Hall B with the LED technology provided by CT. ROE Visual‘s Vanish LED panels added more wow-factor to the GLO Village and Paja Pub as per the customer’s wishes. CT’s visual design unit, Visual45, created video content for the LED screens, showcasing partners and upcoming trade fair brands in a captivating way. Also the Heat Stage gained more visibility with side screens for what we used ROE Visual’s BP2 LED panels. In addition, around 200 displays were installed to exhibitor booths.

The customer was highly satisfied with the collaboration and the results achieved with CT and Visual45.

A team of CT’s technical professionals worked on various tasks, including rigging, lighting, audio, video, and streaming for the event. Our long-standing collaboration with Tampere Vocational College Tredu also provided local event technology students the opportunity to learn about the work of event technicians with guidance from professionals.
