As an experienced operator at the Olympic Stadium, Creative Technology (CT) was assigned to manage the technical planning and implementation of the concerts. Several truckloads of lighting, audio and video technology were transported to the stadium from our warehouse in Vantaa, constituting the top-notch technical setup.
Stadium sized concerts cannot be carried out without the best technicians in the industry. CT’s amazing team of almost 100 event technology professionals showed their true professionalism by operating around the stadium to deliver an excellent audiovisual experience for the audience. We could’t be more proud of our team members and the service that they deliver!
The stage was impressive: 50 meter wide, 25 meter deep and 30 meter high packed with innovative technical solutions. For example 728 spotlights, 206 d&b speakers, 164 chain hoists and 400 meters of truss were used to create the high-level technical framework for Tuisku’s show. The 679 square meters of ROE LED screen formed a canvas of 12 000 x 3 000 pixels, where the content was generated with four disguise media servers. Lots of moving lights and video elements were used in the show and were moving by 30 Kinesys automation motors. The visual content of the artist and designers really came to life, supported by the technical ensemble in the best possible way.
Both Bailantai-concerts were almost sold out, filling the stadium with over 80,000 concert guests.
Thank you Warner Music Live and Antti Tuisku for the amazing project and co-operation!
