Commissioned by the event agency Management Events Studio, Creative Technology was responsible for the technical execution of the hybrid event, including light, audio and video technology, filming and streaming of the event.
The international hybrid event took place simultaneously between four Nordic countries. In Finland, the event was held at Finlandia Hall’s temporary venue Little Finlandia, where Creative Technology supplied the necessary technology, also utilizing the building’s existing technology such as the lights and sound system. The morning program began from the main stage in Stockholm with a remote broadcast with all participating countries, to which our technicians organized a smooth connection as planned.
The event continued with the afternoon program, where Creative Technology was responsible for creating an inspiring discussion environment. 6 x 2.5m ROE Black Pearl 2.8 mm LED wall placed on the stage supported the presentations of the day’s speakers. Overall, Atea was very satisfied with the technical success of the event.
