Imagine the Metaverse, event organized by the City of Tampere and Tampere Trade Fairs, invited experts from urban development, the experience economy, and the industrial sector to explore new possibilities created by the merging of the physical and virtual worlds on June 11-12 in Tampere, Finland. Imagine the Metaverse event attracted numerous international companies and experts to Tampere to delve into the world of digital innovations. The event’s program included discussions on the opportunities brought by AI, the use of immersion in events, top skills needed in the future, and the benefits of digitalization in urban planning.
Creative Technology Finland served as the production partner for the event. Imagine the Metaverse was held at the Tampere Exhibition and Sports Center, where the event area was divided into four sections, each featuring speeches and programs aimed at different sectors. We were responsible for the event technology on all stages and also provided displays and lighting technology for the demo area. The event’s keynote speakers included many distinguished international names in the digitalization sector, whom our event technology solutions served reliably on every stage.
The main partners of the event were Microsoft and the City of Tampere. In addition to us, other event partners included Nokia, Bable, ITS Finland, Smart City Innovation, and Fujitsu Uvance.
