The production scope of the conference was once again very extensive, but thanks to careful system planning and project management, the work days at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre went smoothly with our team of technology professionals.
Lighting and video programming were carried out in CT’s programming studio in Vantaa before moving to the event venue. This allowed the client to give feedback as the process progressed. This significantly saved time on-site and provided an efficient opportunity to develop the final result in close collaboration with our client, Nordic Business Forum. CT’s visual design unit, Visual45, was responsible for the astonishing lighting design and operating of the event’s main seminar hall.
