At the impressive gaming event, every last detail was taken into account in each area, such as technology, set design and player experience. The setup was one of the biggest ever made in Finland, and the preparations at the venue started already three weeks before, in order to make the event as immersive as possible. In the production, we used 200 m² of high-quality LED tiles from ROE, which are well suited for filming. We also delivered Disguise’s media servers as well as 450 moving spotlights, light system and GMA light.
The tournament was streamed from the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre so that fans around the world were able to enjoy the games. Our sister company NEP Finland was responsible for the broadcast technology.
