Project Manager – Live Events

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced live events professional with a strong Audio Visual background for the position of Project Manager for our Live Events pillar.

Responsibilities

Managing our key client accounts

Interpreting client requirements and translating them into quotations

Creating technical briefs for live events in and sending to crews in a timely manner

Managing Live event technical crews onsite when required

Taking ownership of the delivery and execution of the technical components of live events

Managing and budgeting of live events and controlling costs

 

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in AV for Live events in a technical role ideally project management or live event production management

Project Management course such as Prince 2 or similar desired

Technical qualification in a relevant field

Good interpersonal skills and written communication skills

Strong record in customer facing role

Good problem-solving abilities

Ability to create and interpret CAD drawings with packages such as Vectorworks desirable
