Tony Lanigan, Commercial Director of Live Events, commented on the planning and process of this achievement; “some time ago a few of us were discussing ways in which we could deliver consistent quality service and products to our customers. We also wanted a system which would help our staff deliver this consistent quality.
Having explored a few options we decided that going down the ISO 9001:2015 road seemed to be the best way to serve our customer’s ever-changing needs, whilst also having a robust system to monitor our standards internally.
We formed a Quality Management Team and delivered the project in less than 6 months which is not only a testament to the dedication and commitment of our exceptional team, but also on how developed our systems were to begin with. Delivering this project during a global pandemic I think makes it even more of an achievement!”
ISO 9001:2015 will allow our business to continuously evolve with the technology markets without compromising on standards.
