Creative Technology Ireland is delighted to have supported Verve, delivering the Audio-Visual production for the 18th annual All Ireland Marketing Awards and Gala dinner.

On the 23rd of May 2024, hundreds of Ireland’s top Marketing professionals gathered in the Clayton hotel on Burlington road for the annual AIM Awards ceremony and gala dinner.

Hosted by the Marketing Institute Ireland, the AIM awards allow talented Irish marketers to be recognised by one of the most prestigious institutes in Ireland, as well as enhancing their brand with a new layer of credibility, and the unique opportunity to network with other top industry professionals.

Client Requirements.

Verve needed an Audio-Visual partner that could provide a seamless, stress-free technical production, using the latest cutting-edge Audio Visual technology. Having had extensive experience supplying Audio Visual solutions to the Clayton hotel, Burlington road, our Live Events team hold an unmatched level of expertise in delivering an immense range of successful events within the space, making us the perfect partner.

Visuals.

Our team provided 3 separate LED screens, all crafted using our ROE Visual BP2V2 screen tiles. Known as the ‘Gold Standard’ in Virtual production, the BP2V2 screen tiles provided a cinematic quality background for the awards ceremony, with rich colour accuracy and on-camera quality. We also supplied two of our High-Resolution Panasonic projectors to ensure the event content was accessible to every table, alongside multiple HD TV screens to showcase the events sponsors.

The combination of LED and projection with our added up lighting ensured the provided content was showcased to its full effect, enhancing the overall luxury feel of the evening.

Audio.

To complement the Visual display, and ensure the event sounded as good as it looked, our team also provided a bespoke audio set up using our d&b Audiotechnik line array PA system, which is widely known for its clear and high quality audio coverage.

The system design was carried out using d&b Array Calc, which allowed us to meticulously design and predict the coverage of the PA, from right in front of the stage, to the very rear of the hall. Time alignment was carried out using ‘SIA Smaart’, with added system processing within the amps using d&b R1 networking control.
