iWish 2025

As a flagship event designed to create ambition and opportunities, it required strong technical execution to deliver an immersive and accessible experience for all attendees. Entrusted by our client, Catapult, Creative Technology provided the full technical production, ensuring every visual, audio, and interactive aspect was optimised for maximum engagement.

For centre stage, our team provided an LED backdrop, crafted using our ROE Visual BP2V2 screen tiles. Known as the ‘Gold Standard’ in the industry, the BP2V2 screen tiles provided a cinematic quality background for the interviews, speeches, and performances, with their rich colour accuracy and on-camera quality.

Live eye relay screens supported the centre stage, ensuring the event content was accessible to every member of the audience, no matter where they were seated in the venue.

Audio.

The audio system was a key part of the event, and was designed by our Head of Audio to ensure consistent sound coverage throughout the venue, using advanced line-array technology and control systems. Each component was chosen to optimise clarity and depth for a large and diverse audience.

The main PA consisted of d&b Audiotechnik Y Series line-array, ensuring even sound distribution across the entire audience area, preventing any “dead zones” or overly loud sections.

Our new digital Sennheiser EW-DX series head-worn microphones ensured a clear line of communication for speakers and panellists, making every word resonate with the audience.

Event Communications.

To coordinate the event, a combination of wired and wireless communication systems were used. The Riedel Performer provided secure communication for key team members, whilst the Riedel Bolero allowed mobility and flexibility for production staff, ensuring efficient coordination throughout the venue
