JFK Moonshot: Reimagining Human Potential and Progress

Creative Technology Ireland (CT Ireland) delivered a full technical production for The JFK Moonshot event in June 2023. The event was held in Trinity College Business school, a venue that our team hold vast experience working from.

The Details:

We facilitated a a fireside chat between Stripe chief executive Patrick Collison, the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation, the Kennedy Summer School, and Trinity College Dublin, which was then followed by a panel discussion on how the ‘Moonshot’ spirit lives on, marking the 60th anniversary of US President John F. Kennedy’s historic trip to Ireland in June 1963,

Our Live Events team installed/ an LED video wall controlled by Barco e2, which displayed the event content and provided a stunning backdrop for the fireside chat & panel discussion, Two types of of our NEXO PA systems were installed to ensure the sound quality was maintained throughout the hall. The event was also live streamed on YouTube for people who could not attend in-person.

Equipment Used:

  • 7m x 3.5m ROE BP2V2 LED screen
  • 2 x Comfort monitors & timer screen controlled by Barco E2
  • 6 x NEXO PS10 & 2 x NEXO LS18 for the area in front of the stage
  • 2 X 3 M620, all pole mounted for the tiered seating area
  • Lighting, Profiles, Stage Wash & Uplighters
