Google Cloud Summit London 2026

CT partnered with Wonder to deliver the technical production for Google Cloud Summit London 2026 at Tobacco Dock. The project involved a four-day load-in and build, followed by a two-day live corporate event, delivering live event production across the main plenary theatre and multiple breakout rooms.

Our scope included the design, installation, and operation of professional audio, event lighting, video production, and LED display solutions throughout the venue, creating a seamless, high-quality delegate experience across every event space.

Working closely with Wonder’s Heads of Department throughout the planning and delivery process, CT provided comprehensive event production services, taking responsibility for the sound and lighting design alongside the installation, commissioning, and management of a complex AV and video infrastructure.

With more than 100 CT technicians on site throughout the live event, CT delivered seamless technical event production, supporting more than 2,000 attendees each day.

While the project ran smoothly, its success was built on months of detailed planning, technical design, and pre-production. The scale of the conference required careful logistical scheduling, detailed crew management, equipment coordination, and close collaboration across every production discipline.

Working within the constraints of a Grade I listed building demanded additional consideration throughout the installation process. Cable routing, temporary infrastructure, rigging solutions, and the installation of lighting fixtures all required meticulous planning to protect the historic venue while delivering a conference production environment.

The result was a technically ambitious conference that combined cutting-edge production with the character of one of London’s most iconic historic venues.

CT successfully transformed Tobacco Dock into a world-class venue for one of Google’s flagship cloud technology events, delivering an engaging and reliable experience for thousands of attendees.
