How We Created an Immersive Environment Through Technology
To bring The Lions Theatre to life, we delivered a technical setup designed to support every aspect of the experience. An LED screen was placed centre stage, and showcased a dynamic mix of graphics, video content and live camera feeds, with additional relay screens added to ensure everyone in the room felt involved in the action, no matter where they were seated.
Multiple cameras captured the event in real time, while a custom designed PA and microphone system ensured every word, from opening remarks to closing reflections, was heard clearly throughout the space.
Lighting was carefully timed and programmed to support the tone of each part of the show, while a wireless communications system kept our crew in constant contact behind the scenes. Every aspect of the production was considered with the audience in mind, so that from front row to back, fans could enjoy the same experience.

Having the right technology is essential, but it’s the people who make it work that create the outcome. Our technical team managed every detail of the production, from initial planning and on-site rehearsals to live show delivery.
We worked closely with the event organisers and venue staff to fully understand the goals of the event and bring their vision to life. Our crew remained on-site throughout, actively responding to the flow of the show and making adjustments as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
