Throughout June, employees are being encouraged to participate in wellbeing activities across the GCC, from community fitness initiatives and wellness events to educational sessions designed to promote healthier habits and positive lifestyle choices.
In the UAE, employees are being invited to take part in the Dubai Mallathon, while colleagues across Saudi Arabia and Qatar are encouraged to explore local wellness-focused activities taking place throughout the month.
“The best workplaces don’t happen by accident. They are built through trust, connection and a genuine commitment to supporting people throughout their career journey. Wellbeing plays an important role in that experience,” said Carmen Perez, Head of HR at CTME.
“While Global Wellness Day and Workplace Wellbeing Month give us an opportunity to shine a spotlight on wellbeing, it’s something we think about throughout the year. Whether it’s encouraging open conversations, investing in development opportunities, creating moments for teams to connect, or simply listening to employee feedback, we know that small actions can make a meaningful difference to how people feel at work.”
As part of the month’s activities, employees will also have the opportunity to join the Aon Mind & Body: Longevity & Healthy Aging webinar, featuring a specialist from Valeo Clinic, offering practical insights into maintaining health, energy, resilience, and performance both at work and in everyday life.

CTME continues to invest in initiatives that support employee well-being, engagement, and development, recognizing that a positive employee experience contributes not only to individual success but also to stronger teams and a more sustainable business.
As the company continues to evolve across the region, its focus remains on creating an environment where people feel respected, supported, and empowered to succeed together.
