A recent high-profile forum, which attracted a diverse group of attendees including heads of state, CEOs, policymakers, and influential thought leaders from various sectors and regions, showcased the power of advanced technology in creating immersive and engaging event experiences.

The introduction of Panasonic Kairos and ST2110 as the backbone of the event management system set a new benchmark for the industry in the region.

The Kairos KC2000S1 system was instrumental in the video playback and multi-format screen management, controlling over 30 screen destinations throughout the venue, including the impressive 12K x 2K Absen PL2.5mm LED screen and projection relays. The Kairos also produced multiple custom multiviewers, ensuring that all signals could be monitored by show producers and technical staff across the site. Central to the event was our high-bandwidth ST2110 distribution system, which served as the main hub for managing video and audio feeds across the venue. This system ensured that every presentation, panel discussion, and keynote speech was delivered with outstanding quality and minimal latency. The IP nodes, distributed over a redundant fibre infrastructure, facilitated the transport of video, audio, communications, content, and network data throughout the large venue, providing the client with complete flexibility and allowing any audio and video feed to be routed to any desired location.

In addition to the cutting-edge video solutions, Creative Technology Middle East employed an extensive line-up of d&b Audiotechnik point source loudspeakers, including models Y7P, Y10P, T10, 44S, E6, E5, and V-SUB, each chosen for their performance traits and their ability to integrate smoothly with the event’s set visual elements. The audio operations were managed using two Yamaha Rivage CSD-R7 consoles, handling everything from 20 channels of Axient Digital, VTs, and playback, to live performances and the extensive outgoing busses. The outcome was a clear, rich, and detailed sound environment that elevated the event experience while maintaining a focus on the content over the visible technology.
