For OutSystems ONE Conference, the international event centered on digital transformation through low-code development, technology leaders, innovation specialists and strategic partners came together in RAI Amsterdam. As house supplier of the RAI, we delivered the technical realisation of video, lighting, audio and rigging.
The keynote took place in Hall 10, the heart of the event. Here we delivered an impressive LED setup at the centre of the room, complemented by lighting, audio and rigging.
The main stage featured an LED setup of 252 m² in total. This scale and composition pulled the audience fully into the stories being told on stage. A central screen was flanked by two slim screens, with two curved screens on the outer edges. These displayed the presentations, alternated with close-ups of the speakers and event branding.
Above the audience hung two relay screens totalling 33 m², so visitors at the back of the room could also follow the slide decks clearly. A prompter screen of 32 m² hung at the back of the room for the speaker on stage.
Alongside Hall 10, we also equipped the two rooms in the Elicium with technology: video, lighting and audio. Each room received a 24 m² LED screen with a 2.6 mm pixel pitch, complemented by two Panasonic PTZ cameras for recordings.
