We are expanding Norway’s premier team in all fields stage and event technology. CT Norway is growing, and we are currently looking for experienced and talented riggers to join our team in Oslo.
We are looking for an organized and structured individual to join our rigging department. As part of the rigging team, you will be responsible for planning, booking, drawing and executing on a wide range of projects in the entertainment, music and television industry. We are looking for an experienced individual, ideally with varied background from rigging bot indoors and outdoors, preferably some projects as a head-rigger.
To be successful in this position you should be able to handle a couple of projects simultaneously, talking with both crew and clients, and understand what the other technical departments contribute to in the big picture.
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- Driver’s license
- PLASA rigging certification
- Working at height qualifications
- Some experience with technical drawing in AuoCAD, Vectorworks etc.
The ideal candidate has experience in one of the following areas:
- Design and calculation of structural elements, weight calculations or wind calculations
- Experience in maintaining and repairing relevant equipment
- Experience in running an on-site team
- Experience as head-rigger on larger projects
