This year’s theme was Future Gazing and among the keynote speakers were names such as Edward Norton, Hans Vestberg, Jessica Alba, Laura Dern, Malala Yousafzai, Micael Bydén, Sean Penn and Trevor Noah. This year’s scenography, created by Bini Design and Pixelfield, consisted of an elegant and futuristic multi-part LED backdrop where certain elements moved slowly across the stage as speakers and performers entered. This was made possible by a stage mechanic constructed by On-Stage. On behalf of Roder Sthlm, Creative Technology was responsible for the delivery of LED, playout, camera production, sound, lighting and technical design, as well as no less than 16 technicians and project managers. Lighting designer was Fredrik Jönsson.
