During the broadcast, both the seated position and several standing position areas were used. The studio was illuminated with the profile colors of the event and both the two 98” LCD screens and the high-end LED screens were used for presentations and decor.
The camera production was based on three studio cameras, one of which was used on a jib to get more dynamics and movement in the full shots. Everything was handled by our experienced technical team of a Technical Director, TOM/EIC, playout operators and cameramen.
In addition to the studio itself, the team from Step2 Communication and GB Glace had access to the surrounding premises, such as several meeting rooms, our bright and airy lounge, kitchen and cafe area – all equipped with screen displays so that the team outside the studio could follow the live broadcast and at the same time arrange internal gatherings and customer meetings without having to leave the premises. Breakfast and lunch were served in the café area outside the studio, which ensured to a smooth, comfortable and efficient broadcast day.
