For Pax8 Beyond 2025, the international partner and customer event of cloud marketplace Pax8, held at the RAI Amsterdam, CT delivered the complete technical production. Across three days of keynotes, panel discussions and breakout sessions, every element came together in one coordinated production.
As the in-house technical supplier of the RAI, we oversaw the entire production process, from design to execution. On the main stage, we built the stage and rigging, installed a LED backdrop, and positioned two IMAG screens on either side. A third LED screen, suspended above the audience, added extra visual depth and immersion.
Thanks to our approach, all elements; video, cameras, control, audio and lighting, were fully aligned.
During the event, we broadcast the entire show. With multiple operated and remote cameras and a central control hub, all keynotes, panel discussions and performances were captured and displayed on the LED screens in the venue. The recordings also formed the basis for the aftermovie and additional content for Pax8’s online platforms.
Beyond the main stage, we equipped several breakout rooms with a video, lighting and audio setup. This ensured consistent quality throughout the event. Each speaker could rely on a professional environment, allowing them to fully focus on their story.
The event concluded with a performance by DJ Pete Tong, as the conference setting seamlessly transitioned into an energetic evening atmosphere. The technical setup was designed not only for the daytime presentations but was equally suited for the evening celebration.
