Simcorp Summit in Stockholm

In April, Simcorp held an inspiring high-end Summit at the Waterfront in Stockholm. The iconic conference center was used to its full capacity with its main program in the upper stand, a bustling marketplace in the main arena and breakout sessions on the lower level – the approximately 900 attendees had a packed program during the three-day conference.

In a close collaboration between the Copenhagen and Stockholm teams, and on behalf of Welcome/Liwlig, Creative Technology delivered a complete technical solution including audio, light, display and video for the event. In order to nicely frame the keynote program, we supplied a custom-made borderless 28 x 3 m projection screen from Stumpl AV, which gave the venue a modern and stylish look.

At the Market Place in Waterfront’s main arena, a large exhibition area was built where we integrated screens into the decor for each stand. Here we also delivered audio solution consisting of PA and microphones, as well as extra lights and rigging.
